Job summary Are you a dynamic and senior admin manager with HR experience looking to contribute to a busy but supportive Human Resources team? We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to supervise the ESNEFT Employee helpdesk supporting staff across 2 acute hospital sites and several community facilities. We are building on our existing staff helpline and developing a professional shared services model approach to ensure HR delivers an efficient and effective service to the Trust via the Employee Helpdesk. The role will provide the day to day supervision of the Employee Helpdesk. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have proven administrative and IT skills. You will be able to provide a high level of customer service, showing empathy and understanding in dealing with queries. This role will be based at IP-city, Ipswich, however you will be required to work across sites. Main duties of the job You will supervise the helpdesk administration team; ensuring a proactive and responsive professional service is delivered to all staff. You will assist the operational manager to ensure internal and external reports are completed accurately and meet deadlines, ensuring effective and efficient processes are in place to support the HR function by standard operating procedures, deal with day to day issues and problems with the HR function, identifying and implementing actions and making recommendation for approval where required.
