Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a Maidenhead based client with an Accounts Payable Clerk requirement. This opportunity is initially a 4 week assignment, but could be extended. The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start a new contract in the first week of January. This opportunity is suited to someone who is immediately available and looking for 15-20 hours per week across 3 to 4 days. The day to day of this Accounts Payable role: Scanning and uploading invoices onto the system Cross-referencing spreadsheets to ensure invoices are coded correctly Manually processing and coding invoices whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy Managing invoicing tasks to ensure timely and correct processing, enabling invoices to be paid on time Processing expenses Supporting with payment runs Required skills and qualifications for this Accounts Payable opportunity: Training provided Ability to start immediately Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoices Proficiency in Netsuite or Oracle (essential) Ability to thrive in a busy environment carrying out a high volume of work This opportunity is within a friendly and welcoming team for a business that has, and continues to, grow rapidly.
