Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Children’s Duty and Assessment Team
Location: Powys
Rate: £41.58 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team in North Powys within the Duty and Assessment Team. To work in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
Job Description:
Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, including the MASH Service, Police, and Education Services, to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families is essential. This role involves working within a fast-paced Duty Team, acting on referrals from the MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub), attending to Section 47 enquiries, and completing Single Assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving license. Additionally, post-qualified experience and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work are required.
