Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement professional to lead and deliver site plans for plant, people, and processes within the context of our overall Manufacturing Excellence strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Leadership Team and broader stakeholders to support the delivery of our Supply Chain Excellence Improvement Roadmap. You will have overall responsibility and accountability for your specified area, including departmental metrics and plan delivery. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the factory strategy to support achievement of our company's vision Drive zero loss manufacturing principles consistently across the site Effectively lead CI communications (Team talks, Team briefs, Newsletter) Influence and coach key stakeholders in the development of a CI Culture Lead, train, and mentor teams in the use of CI, ensuring continual skills development and knowledge transfer Review and analyze data to identify losses and create improvement plans and activities Ensure loss analysis and benefit delivery is targeted from an end-to-end perspective Lead or coach Focused Improvement projects across the site Manage change, aligning people, methods & knowledge Keep up to date with leading CI practices and coach teams accordingly Work cross-functionally to understand trade-offs and deliver end-to-end value Requirements Proven Continuous Improvement experience in a FMCG or similar high volume automated environment Track record of delivering performance improvement programs in fast-paced operational environments Expertise in driving sustainable change via TPM, Lean Six Sigma or relevant methodology Strong people leadership skills and ability to integrate differing functional demands Ability to adapt leadership style to the situation (Lead, Manage, Coach) Ability to deliver change through building people capability Proven Project Management skills Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills Proficient in MS Office, presentation, and facilitation Education A Higher Education Diploma in Lean practice is desirable. A detailed understanding of end-to-end business processes is essential. Prior experience working in a similar CI role with demonstrable achievements is preferred. Certifications Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus Project Management certification is beneficial
