Qualifications
So, what's truly essential?
Don't worry if you've never done this before—we'll support you with full paid training to give you confidence. Plus, with a variety of hours available covering weekdays, evenings, and weekends, we'll work with you to find a schedule that suits both you and our clients.
You must be over 18 and have a valid UK driving licence with access to transport, it is essential as many of our clients live in rural areas.

Care Assistant Benefits:
* Excellent rate of pay - from £11.50 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £12.50 per hour Saturday & Sunday. Double pay on bank holidays.
* Flexible hours we work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs – we only ask you make yourself available for an hour or so alternate weekends as well as the regular weekday visits works perfectly for our client schedules
* Minimum 1-hour calls with your own regular matched clients
* Properly introduced and time to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit
