Job summary We are seeking a well-motivated and forward-thinking Physiotherapist to join our new Respiratory Band 6 Rotational Wheel. The rotations are of 8 month duration and will be through the following areas: ITU / Surgery Respiratory Medicine/ MADU Community Respiratory (AIRs Team) As a senior clinician you will be involved in the supervision, education and appraisal of physiotherapists, support staff and students and you will have the opportunity to lead and be involved in appropriate service development. Main duties of the job Deliver a high-quality physiotherapy service by assessing and treating patients with complex presentations. Supervise and mentor newly qualified physiotherapists, technicians, assistants, and students while contributing to the education of multidisciplinary team (MDT) staff. Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and actively participate in departmental activities. Take part in the weekend and on-call service as required.
