If you are a customer service professional with the ability to identify and build business opportunities, then this role as an Account Manager is perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
* Managing a portfolio of approximately 50+ existing client accounts
* Maintaining regular contact with clients and building successful relationships
* Dealing with client enquiries and providing information on services provided
* Calling potential new clients in order to introduce products provided
* Preparing client quotations and following these up to ascertain clients' interest
* Managing client orders received and processing through to delivery stage
