We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee on-site operations for fit out and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, maintaining our reputation for quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
* Manage site personnel, including subcontractors and in-house teams.
* Ensure the implementation of health and safety policies on-site.
* Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
* Liaise with clients and project managers to provide regular updates and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in the fit out and refurbishment sector.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in high-end finishes and bespoke joinery.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification are required.
