Job Title: Maths Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students in mathematics
* Create individualised lesson plans based on students' needs
* Assist students in understanding mathematical concepts and improving problem-solving skills
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance
Required Qualifications:
* A degree in Mathematics or related field
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Education:
Degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience:
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of mathematical concepts
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Mathematics or Education
* Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds
Working Conditions:
The Maths Tutor position is a temporary, part-time role based in Oxfordshire. The tutor will primarily work with students in a classroom or educational setting. The working hours will be flexible and based on student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
