Job Description
What you'll be doing:
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
* Preparing legal documents, contracts, and forms
* Managing incoming calls, client queries, and diary management
* Handling file opening, closing, and post-completion work
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
* Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and within tight deadlines
The Successful Applicant
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a Conveyancing Secretary or Legal Secretary role
* Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Confident using case management systems and MS Office
* A proactive and reliable team player
