Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our efforts in contacting new care homes to promote and supply our qualified Nurses and caregivers. This role involves identifying potential care home clients, initiating outreach, and fostering relationships to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to support the marketing team in lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
* Research and identify new care homes that may benefit from our caregiver services.
* Develop and maintain a database of potential clients, including contact information, client needs, and engagement status.
* Make initial contact with care homes through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our services.
Relationship Building:
* Build and nurture positive relationships with decision-makers in care homes, including care managers and administrators.
* Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up communications to answer questions and provide further details about our services.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Marketing & Sales Support:
* Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of care homes.
* Participate in planning and implementing outreach campaigns to generate interest in our caregiving services.
* Track and report on outreach activities, response rates, and lead conversion to optimize future efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Experience: Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or caregiving industry.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Empathy and Understanding: Awareness of the caregiving industry and a client-centered approach to building trust with care homes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.90-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
