Main duties of the job Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualised care plans, and regularly review and adjust these plans to meet the evolving needs of young people and their families. Provide educational resources and practical support using evidence-based interventions, fostering a collaborative and recovery-focused environment. Identify potential risks, develop and implement risk management plans, and encourage positive risk-taking to promote growth and resilience. Offer clinical guidance, support, and supervision to team members, promoting best practices and continuous professional development.
