This is a fixed term contract, running until the end of December 2024 (there is a chance this will be extended or made permanent after this time). This role is fully office based in West Berkshire, so please only apply if you are happy to commit to an on site role.

You will be joining a small team in HR on a fixed term contract, to support during a busy period of change.
Description
The HR Business partner will be responsible for:
Working closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
Managing employee relations cases, from initial advice to resolution
Supporting recruitment processes to ensure the attraction of top talent
Driving performance management processes
Overseeing the implementation of training and development programmes
Leading on change management projects within the organisation
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practicesProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
A level 5 CIPD qualification
Experience working in an HR role, ideally within Education
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
A desire for an office based role (no hybrid working)Please note- as this is a fixed term role, you should be available on short notice.
