What will I be doing?
The Senior Executive Digital Platforms will report to the Manager Platforms & Content and be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns by designing, building, and deploying the campaign landing pages. The Senior Executive will support the Manager in defining and delivering the EMEA Digital roadmap for the regional websites. As part of this role, the Senior Executive will partner with other teams to develop the vision, strategy and technical roadmaps, as well as take ownership of key initiatives and work cross-functionally across the marketing department to deliver world-class digital customer experiences that meet business objectives.
The Senior Executive will be a natural collaborator with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Day to day they will collaborate closely with members from the Destination Marketing and Enterprise teams translating marketing & campaign goals into a smooth customer journey from creative and media ads to landing pages, leading to strong on-page performance. The Senior Executive will seek to always iterate and improve the customer experience by utilizing a test & learn approach. The Senior Executive will monitor the performance of the pages and make recommendations to improve set KPIs.
Specifically, the Senior Executive will be responsible for:
1. Building landing pages for marketing campaigns and loyalty emails.
2. Completing a thorough quality assurance process and implementing any changes uncovered during the QA.
3. Consulting on landing page capabilities and customer journey.
4. Working alongside the Manager Platforms on recommending new landing page features.
5. Proactively looking for opportunities to drive landing page performance.
6. Maintaining all live pages by completing any content updates submitted by internal teams or hotels.
7. Performance analysis of all landing pages to identify issues and opportunities to be addressed.
8. Being responsible for the optimization and performance of the EMEA local language websites.
Internally the Senior Executive Platforms will support the Manager and Senior Manager with:
1. Website re-design projects & analysis which includes customer research, agencies’ briefing, project management, testing and QA.
2. Ingesting the commercial need from the business, identifying holistic solutions across available platforms, and translating these into actionable projects and briefs that are executed by agencies and internal teams.
3. Supporting internal projects for the EMEA marketing team on process and tool implementation as it pertains to Platforms.
4. Driving performance measured by engagement and conversion on new and existing platforms.
5. Demonstrating deep understanding of all aspects affecting the Customer Experience and continuously striving to improve it.

1. Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry – marketing/product experience within the hospitality (hotel) industry.
2. Preferred: some CMS experience (Wordpress, Laravel, etc.).
