Job Description
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Managers fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Utilise your commercial acumen to drive account retention and proactively manage account renewals, ensuring customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
* You'll need to be resilient, with the energy to push through change and the creativity to inspire those around you.
* Analyse churn rates and performance KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Take charge of the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new clients.
The Successful Applicant
Management experience of account managers, managing commercial account contracts.
