We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
* Evidence of interactive and engaging teaching which impacts on learning and outcomes.
* Knowledge and experience of the KS2 curriculum and how to accurately assess children's progression against the curriculum.
* The ability to drive pupil progress and help children to achieve the best outcomes.
* An understanding of children's development in KS2 and the pedagogical knowledge to support this development.
* The ability to work effectively as a team, including with TAs working with SEND children and intervention groups.
* The willingness to go above and beyond to close the gaps and remove barriers for our children and families.
* A commitment to personal development.
* The passion, motivation and enthusiasm to be successful.
