The Opportunity: As part of Bishop's Gate team, you will be assisting the Food & Beverage team primarily within the Wig Bar & Lounge and assisting our banqueting team for weddings and private events. You will experience a varied role and your main duties will include. Welcoming and interacting with visitors to the Bar & Lounge Delivering exceptional service standards, whilst also anticipating Guests and Customers needs Improve upon and develop your bar skills with an emphasis on cocktail making and wine service. Working as a key element within an established and empowered operational team. Under the leadership of our Operations Manager, David Murray, you will contribute as a vital part of our small and friendly team. Where you will continue to build upon your existing skills, and of course benefit from the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
