What you will do…
1. Working within the Fleet Finance and Account Admin departments to accurately set up and process new customer accounts.
2. Assist with the processing of contract hire orders.
3. Assist with the management of our online signature platform.
4. Provide support to the Account Management and Business Development teams to help achieve profitable growth and improve customer satisfaction.
What do you need to be successful...
1. Successful track record in similar administration role.
2. Methodical and process driven.
3. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Work well under pressure especially during peak periods.
5. Good numeracy & literacy skills.
6. Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages.
7. Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
8. Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
