We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Reception class in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to children's early development in a vibrant and nurturing environment.
- Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Individual and Group Focus: Provide focused support to children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to enhance their learning and development.
- Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour and address any challenges within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
- Environment Preparation: Prepare and organise learning materials to create a stimulating and welcoming space for young learners.
- Child Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of children during lessons, playtime, and activities.
- SEN Support: Provide tailored assistance to children with special educational needs (SEN), adapting teaching methods to meet individual requirements.
- Collaboration: Maintain clear and open communication with parents, teachers, and staff to support each child's holistic development.
- Essential: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., L3 Early Years Educator or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting, ideally within EYFS.
- SEN Expertise: Experience supporting children with special educational needs.
