Job Title: Ecommerce Product Administrator Location: North Newbald, East Yorkshire Company: Rhinox Group Ltd About Us: Rhinox Group Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality excavator buckets & attachments. We are expanding our dynamic marketing team and are looking for a dedicated Ecommerce Product Administrator to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where innovation and attention to detail are valued. Position Overview: As an Ecommerce Product Administrator, you will be responsible for the ecommerce products and administration of our websites rhinox-group.com and rhinox-group.us, both built on Shopify Plus. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our in-house developers and content team. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and process large volumes of data. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure all available products are accurately listed against corresponding excavator machine makes and models. • Create and manage product collections, ensuring they are listed in all site navigations and search tools. • Ensure all product pricing is listed correctly. • Verify and list all pin dimensions accurately. • Ensure product specifications are listed correctly. • Maintain up-to-date product images, working with our 3D render agent to create renders for each product family. • Add real-life images to relevant products. • Assist with new product launches, ensuring timely and accurate product listings. • Assist in determining the best site structure for user experience. Qualifications and Skills: • Previous experience with Shopify is advantageous but not essential. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to process and manage large volumes of data (approximately 40,000 product pages). • Strong communication skills for liaising with developers and content teams. • Ability to troubleshoot and correct technical issues with the website. • A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
