The Opportunity
* Our client is looking to drive continued growth by expanding its team of senior Account Directors.
* Successful candidates will be responsible for managing a pipeline of new business opportunities across a wide range of financial services products and services.
* All the tools required to succeed are in place; these roles are supported by a range of marketing, lead generation and technical support, exceptional marketplace connections and state of the art systems
* The Account Directors will ensure that the clients receive an exceptional level of service and advice and ensure that service offered meeting the firms’ award-winning standards.

Successful Candidates
* Will be driven and ambitious with a track record of sales success within the corporate space, ideally to include significant new business wins.
* Most important will be a “can do” attitude and high levels of energy.
* This is an exciting model which will suit excellent communicators with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders at a corporate level.
* Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines with the ability to manage a wide range of tasks.
* Will be good with people and effective “dotted line” managers of colleagues.
* A sales professional comfortable presenting at board level who is IT savvy
* Looking to build a long-term career; this role will lead to career progression to more senior roles.
* There may be opportunities for less experienced candidates to develop within the programme
