About the Role:
* Generate and convert leads into property sales and lettings
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
* Manage the sales or lettings process from start to finish
Key Responsibilities:

* Sales progression and negotiation
* Business development and lead generation
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven estate agency experience in the UK
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
