We are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to work for a leading manufacturing company based in Dudley. If you are a true administrator and administration is what you thoroughly enjoy this will be the role for you.
The role of Operations Administrator will report to the Operations Manager.
The main duties will be:
Dealing with cost changes and rolling out of materials
Part billing of completed jobs
Printing invoices off daily and weekly
Updating the CRM system to make sure what stock we have and what we need for future jobs
Despatch export spreadsheet
Managing the stock system to ensure there is enough stock for future requirements
Checking packing specs
Raising consumable/non-desc po's
Daily post and courier arrangement
Adding PODs to the system
Booking in of deliveries via phone
Sales order processing
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Strong IT skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Work well in a team environment
