Areti Group is thrilled to partner with an innovative tech startup that has just secured Series A funding. We're urgently seeking x4 Senior Product Managers to join an elite team. With offices in Bristol, Dorset, Southampton, and Somerset, this is a rare chance to be part of a revolutionary venture. This role is remote, with all travel expenses fully covered for occasional trips to these locations.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of our product development, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create ground-breaking products that drive business growth. You will lead the charge in developing a strategic product vision, crafting impactful Power BI dashboards, and embedding user interactions directly into the product.
Ideally looking for candidates that have the following skillset:
B2B/SAAS/B2C
Has experience at medium/enterprise level
Strong AGILE Process
Data Driven
Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Development: Partner with Design and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product creation and alignment across all stakeholders.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market trends.
Customer Insight: Engage with users and stakeholders to shape product features based on real-world needs and feedback.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs to measure success, refining products using data-driven insights.
Desired Experience
Product Management: 3-7 years of experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment.
Market-Driven: Ability to leverage market research to guide product direction.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Expertise in managing roadmaps and prioritizing features.
Customer-Centric Design: Strong grasp of user experience principles.
Technical Acumen: Familiar with software development and able to collaborate with engineers.
Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
