The team comprises Research Nurses, Research Assistants, and Clinical Trial Administrators, working in collaboration with Research Doctors, consultants, and the wider multidisciplinary team.

3. Ensure GCP adherence and compliance at all times and be able to follow complex protocols and SOP's (Trust or Sponsor).
4. Be meticulous in record keeping; records must be complete, have attention to detail, and be ready to be audited at any time.
5. Good planning and organisational skills are crucial. The post holder must be able to have excellent team working skills and be able to plan their own workload too.
6. The Post holder will be expected to deliver the highest standard of patient care, monitoring patients for safety and adverse events in accordance with the research protocol and NMC code of conduct.
