The Corporate Tax Compliance Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients meet their tax obligations while maximising tax efficiencies. The team provides expert guidance on corporation tax returns, compliance strategies, and tax planning opportunities. About the Role
As a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you will lead the preparation and review of corporate tax computations, ensure compliance with UK and international tax regulations, and provide strategic guidance to clients. You will work closely with R&D tax, finance, and advisory teams to offer clients a seamless tax compliance experience.

In this Role, You'll
1. Oversee and manage the corporate tax compliance process
2. Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns
3. Advise clients on corporate tax planning opportunities
4. Ensure compliance with UK and international tax laws
5. Collaborate with the R&D tax and finance teams
6. Liaise with HMRC
7. Develop and implement internal tax compliance processes
8. Mentor and support junior tax professionals
We're Seeking Someone with Experience Including
1. Proven experience in corporate tax compliance within a professional services firm or in-house tax team.
2. Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
3. Experience in preparing and reviewing complex corporate tax computations and returns.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to clients clearly.
6. Ability to liaise confidently with HMRC and other stakeholders.
Nice to haves
1. Professional tax qualifications (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT)
2. Exposure to international tax compliance and cross-border tax considerations.
3. Experience in mentoring or managing junior tax professionals.
4. Familiarity with corporation tax software and tax reporting systems.
