Role Description
1. Auditing of Management Systems, primarily Environmental Management Systems to the ISO 14001:2015 standard
2. Consultancy; to act as a consultant to our clients to assist them with the everyday running of their management systems
3. Compliance; to assist our clients to ensure that they operate their management system in compliance with legislation and certification bodies
4. Assist with the establishment of ISO management systems
5. Assist with the representation of our clients at external audits
6. Build new relationships and establish your own clients that you will manage with the assistance of the ESP Team
7. Assist with the development of short training courses, this may be bespoke to a client
8. Delivery of short training courses to include topics such as IEMA internal auditor, spill training, waste management training, compliance training etc
9. Build new relationships and networking with other businesses
10. General administration tasks for your own area of responsibility and the wider team
Person Specification
1. Communicates well and is willing to integrate into the team at ESP
2. Demonstrates and has a profound interest in environmental issues
3. Can operate responsibly in a flat management structure based on the needs of our clients
4. Willing to work in a business that is outcome-based
5. Knowledgeable in Environmental issues, sustainability and Business Management Systems
6. Is comfortable taking on a diverse range of tasks across the practice
7. Someone looking to develop professional accreditation through a professional body such as IEMA or IRCA
8. Willing to hybrid work, including homework, commuting to our offices in Wolverhampton and operating where our clients are located.
9. A UK driving licence (essential)
