Complex Healthcare Support Worker Location: Brighouse Salary: £13.50 per hour Full driving License and access to own vehicle is essential for this role. CJP Outreach Services have the privilege to work with some amazing individuals that live in the community who require support to access services and to be involved in the activities that they enjoy. We are seeking an empathetic and dedicated Support Worker to provide personalized care and assistance to an adult male with a learning disability, neurological migration disorder, left-sided hemiplegia, epilepsy, challenging behavior, and who is registered blind. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving the individual's quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. There will also be an element of personal care and moving and handling. There is no weekend working for this particular role, hours are by agreement between Monday and Friday. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with the mentioned medical conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Working Hours: The position may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.
