As a Navigator & Tailored Support Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the team is able to deliver excellent services by providing secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to the Stoke on Trent & Staffordshire Navigator & Tailored Support Service. The Service provides support to children and young adults (CYA) who are victims of, at risk of or involved in serious/youth violence at ‘reachable moments’ in custody settings and hospital sites within the county of Staffordshire.
Your main duties will include:
Management and Team Support
1. To support the service to ensure referrals are identified, actioned, and facilitated as identified from direct referrals, self-referrals or as identified through electronic case record systems where the young person has provided consent.
2. Assist with the input of data to comply with the reporting requirements to comply with service specifications and contractual outcomes and support with audits.
3. To maintain compliance and adherence with all audit requirements as directed by Catch22 and commissioners.
4. Support lone working procedures and additional service/policy assessments including all aspects of health and safety.
Purchasing & Finance
1. Organising and monitoring basic project finances including placing orders, reconciliation of petty cash, and processing invoices for payment and completing pre-paid credit/debit card returns.
2. Maintain asset register for all Catch22 equipment.
3. Support all internal finance audits.
4. Correspondence with partner agencies including distribution/receipt of mail.
5. Marketing materials monitoring and preparation for promotional events.
6. Meeting preparation involvement including recording minutes.
7. Managing diaries, arranging appointments and preparation of meeting locations.
8. Review and maintain staff DBS records and update service.
Other Responsibilities
1. Attendance and engagement in regular supervision and appraisal sessions.
2. Positively promote an environment within Catch22 which respects and values the diversity of both staff and service users.
3. Ensure understanding of Catch22 policies and procedures and to access Catch22’s intranet at least once a month to update yourself with any new or amended policies or procedures.
4. Ensure that all data and information is managed, stored, and destroyed in line with agreed data management policies compliant with the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003.
5. Undertake any other duties within the purview of the post as and when required.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Educated to an excellent standard, including as a minimum GCSE level English.
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, intranet, and Outlook email system.
3. Ability to work on an inter-agency basis.
4. Ability to work in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003, levels of defensible disclosure, confidentiality, and wider legal requirements.

Part time - 20 hours

Flexible working as part of a rota system including evenings and weekends.
Vetting and Clearance Requirements: Enhanced DBS check.
You will need a current driving licence, business insurance, and use of a suitable vehicle for work, and be willing to travel across Stoke and Staffordshire to deliver/coordinate service outputs. Broader travel may also be a requirement of the service.
