We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team. Our nurses are well respected and valued, working closely with our team of Vets and support staff. We work as a cohesive team to ensure the best possible care is given. The role covers all nursing areas, including theatre, ward, pharmacy and nurse clinics. We encourage and support our nurses to pursue individual areas of interest. Many of our nurses currently have various special interests, including exotics and behaviour.

Working Hours
Full-time hours are 38 hours a week, working 4 days between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Weekends are 1 in 4 Saturdays until 4:30 pm and 1 in 12 Saturday mornings until 12:30 pm. There are no Sundays or Bank Holidays and our out-of-hours is covered by Vets Now.

Park Veterinary Centre is a well-established first opinion practice, with roots in Hertfordshire going back over 100 years. We are a training practice and hold RVCS GP status. We offer Laparoscopy, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Digital and Dental X-ray as well as a range of monitoring equipment. We are situated in Watford, surrounded by beautiful countryside, while also having easy access to train stations, with London approximately 35 minutes away.
Applicant Requirements
The successful candidate will be a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse who shares our passion for teamwork, patient welfare and client care. Ideally, you will have a good level of practical skills and enjoy working in a busy practice, however as we are a training practice, we can support someone nearing the end of their training or someone who may need help refreshing their skills.
