Lead Marketing Communications Manager
Salary: Circa £60,000, dependent upon skills and experience
Location: Flexible across the Anglian Water region
Hybrid working: Your base location will be Lancaster House, Huntingdon, with the expectation of at least 2 days a week in the office.
Job Type: Permanent, Full time/37 hrs a week

Join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Communications Lead where you will be responsible for the delivery of Marketing Communications strategy across a range of audiences to improve perception of our organisation.
To lead and champion a coordinated approach across multiple single ODI requirements to ensure enhancement for a multi ODI gain. Through this leadership, the role will ensure audiences hear and see a joined up narrative from Anglian Water and executions across the Marketing function enhance the overall story being told.
What will you be doing?
You will keep the customer at the heart of what you do, create new, and maintain existing, campaigns using all aspects of the marketing mix for critical business ODIs; including web and digital marketing, local marketing and execution of coordinated campaigns through paid and owned channels. Coordinating with stakeholders across the wider channel mix.
You will manage the marketing delivery executives to ensure all marketing activity is delivered to the brand standard we expect, to the brief, on time, on budget and based on the insight we have. You will champion a professional team of effective marketing specialists.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Experience of project/campaign management
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Understanding and experience of coordinated strategic communications
* Ability to shape and inform creative content (text, image and video)
* Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
* An ability to quickly forge effective working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders
* Ability to grasp quickly the workings of a complex organisation and able to translate company objectives into coherent and creative marketing plans and activity.
* Experience of team development and management
