Providing the joint facilities management for the Greenways Benefice.• Managing St Paul's Church building lettings, with associated management of the two-part time cleaner/caretakers. To includes identifying and reporting maintenance issues for repair and actively promote the use of the church buildings, scheduling the lettings and maintaining the diary.• To be first point of contact in relation to buildings and facilities, expected to be primarily focused on St Paul’s Church and Church Hall, but also in relation to other Benefice Churches and grounds, as it relates to buildings and facilities e.g PAT Testing, fire alarm testing.• Coordinate with the Benefice Coordinator, taking the lead on booking buildings for all events – including weddings, funerals, church related groups and activities and all private hire.• Acting as a line of communication to ensure that information is distributed. E.g.,feeding information into website, social media, notice sheets, calendars and updates.• To be responsible for the general upkeep of the Benefice office: ordering office materials and consumables; maintaining petty cash and petty cash records; ensuring photocopier and other office equipment is maintained and kept in good working order. Doing the meter readings for both St. Paul's church and halls. Obtaining payment authorisation from the relevant budget holders.• Making 3rd party payments liaising with the treasurer and writing cheques as and when needed.• To support the PCC's and church communities to abide by legislative regulations including maintaining first aid boxes and accident record books and working with PCC to ensure regulations and licenses required for the public use of the buildings are maintained as required and ensure all data is stored in accordance with Data Protection Act; complying with the requirements of CCLI copyright
