Warehouse Assistant

PE Global is recruiting a Warehouse/Stores Assistant for our multinational industrial manufacturing client based in Peterborough. The role is an initial 12 month contract and the rate for this role is £14.16 p/h.

Responsibilities:

* Receive, check, and sign for all delivered materials from suppliers.
* Investigate and resolve queries related to stores material or delivered items.
* Perform weekly inventory checks to maintain stock levels and compliance.
* Handle and inspect EV battery modules and other components safely.
* Collaborate with teams to manage obsolete materials, pick engine builds, and improve processes.

Requirements:

* Previous Stores experience is required along with a counterbalance (F.L.T) truck license and full UK driving license.
* Confident with transporting material. Must have engine components understanding.

Please note PE Global is unable to assist with visa sponsorship. Candidates will need a valid visa to live and work full time within the UK for at least the next 12 months.
