Customer Operations Controller
Part-time (Night shifts only, 2-on, 6-off)

The new Customer Operations Controller will provide the highest level of VIP customer service to passengers, crews and guests at all times. You will work in the Customer Operations Department, delivering all associated services; ensuring all services are provided to our customers in a safe and professional manner. On time performance and safety is the team’s number one priority.
Your new role:
As a Customer Operations Controller, you will act as the communication liaison between customers and the team as well as a key coordinator between all other Signature Luton departments. The role involves liaising with third party companies including transport, catering and hotels to secure their services for our customers. You will ensure that the correct Company is used, and an equal distribution of catering companies is carried out.
You will slot monitor ALL inbound and outbound flights regarding the regulations of operating at a level III coordinated airport. You will also be responsible for updating aircraft flight plans (on request) and listening out on the “Tower” radio to call all inbound flights. You will provide weather information and basic flight planning services to our customers, and fully converse with the CFMU system, LLA Chroma Fusion system, Online Coordination internet system, the Signature FBO Management system & Signet.
About you:
Successful candidates should have strong communication and listening skills, be a team player and an innovator. The ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment is essential, with a calm approach to problem solving, last minute changes and the ability to work accurately under pressure. You will require strong customer service skills and excellent personal presentation.
You should have a checkable five-year employment history as well as a full and clean driving license. Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern & a willingness to work occasional overtime (particularly in busy periods) is highly desirable.
