14. Daily calls to the boarding houses, cheking on staff and rotas
15. Agency booking and all HR realted to this
16. Duty Manager shift on a weekend ( not every weekend)
17. Producing reports
18. Supporting staff by undertaking adhoc projects
19. Kitchen checks
20. H&S checks
