You’re in luck We’re looking for an experienced digital content executive to manage our army of brand ambassadors. Reporting to the Brand Activation Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and supporting our nationwide network of brand ambassadors, whilst monitoring the program’s success. You will also closely collaborate with the wider Brand Activation team, to successfully curate and promote content produced by our ambassadors to feature across all our social media channels. This is an exciting role, which the business has established with the sole focus of becoming the best and biggest student accommodation ambassador program in the UK. Whilst delivering viral content for the unihomesambassador hashtag, you will ensure UniHomes are recognised as a leading and trustworthy brand, through the accelerated growth of our content creator strategy. You will lead the content planning, tasks, and events to ensure our brand leverages awareness amongst our key demographic, aiming to position us as the number 1 platform across the student domain. You will positively promote our student accommodation platform and all-inclusive utility package offering through various digital activations, to drive traffic to our website and generate leads. You will completely own and manage the end-to-end life cycle of an ambassador and will oversee maintaining and growing our ‘Big Blue Community’ of coast-to-coast content creators. Key responsibilities: Delivery of program excellence, performance optimisation and growth. Campaign management and main point for our nationwide brand ambassador community, whilst managing a range of communications. Take a leading role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding the right candidates for our program. Meticulously review ambassador content, whilst providing positive and tailored feedback and support. Conduct research and propose new events/opportunities which are relevant to our sector. Manage production, growth, and performance of all associated views and engagement, by creating tasks around key topical events and time periods of our business. Monthly audits of ambassador content and action any areas of underperformance. Work alongside our Legal team to ensure our BA content is compliant with advertising standards. Host bi-annual workshops for ambassadors at our Head Office (alongside your line manager), then feedback tailored insights and analysis which will further enhance our outreach and offering. Work with the Social Media Executive to generate content which complements our monthly blogs. Manage and maintain ambassador merchandise and seasonal gifts. Produce an engaging, monthly email newsletter with updates and advice for our ambassadors. Create an engaging and interactive community, where ambassadors regularly communicate, share ideas, and contribute to our WhatsApp group. Recognise and reward talent, by incentivising ambassadors with our new Leaderboard system and by processing monthly Gifted Rewards for our top performing members. Work towards making this an ‘award-winning’ program which is nationally recognised. Work alongside your line manager to process the ambassador payments/wages at the end of every month. Skills and experience: Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Marketing and/or Social Media Executive (or equivalent). Must have in-depth knowledge of the TikTok and Instagram platforms, including trends and content creation on the apps. Must have at least 1 year’s experience managing content creators and/or an ambassador community. Creativity, writing and design skills. Commercial awareness. Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Take ownership and meticulously implement feedback. Disciplined time management. Teamworking skills. Experience working within a marketing team and/or capacity. Experience of working within a student market. Experience in using Adobe design platforms and editing software (and/or Canva). Preferred but not essential: Accredited Mental Health Awareness course (to be able to sign post ambassadors to suitable resources).
