Business Development Consultant
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join a privately owned motor trade leasing company based in Salisbury. The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales experience, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Business to business sales, Account Manager or similar experience essential!
2. Conduct market research.
3. Engage with clients to understand needs.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
5. Analyse business performance metrics.
6. Develop and implement strategic initiatives.
7. Provide training and support to teams.
Requirements:
1. Previous B2B sales experience.
2. Motor trade retail sales experience preferable.
3. A valid UK driver’s license.
Package:
* Basic Salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)!!
* OTE of up to £45,000 UNCAPPED + [Commission payable from 1st month]!!
* Company car & fuel card to cover business miles.
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays & Company pension scheme!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [9:00am – 5:00pm]! NO WEEKENDS!
