Reports To: Head of Marketing Location : Birmingham or London Hub / Hybrid Team : You’ll work as part of the awesome Marketing team and manage some key agency relationships. What You’ll Do: This role has two primary goals. One is optimising the digital experience of our customers and prospects through the Hello Student website and App. The other is driving awareness, consideration and customer acquisition through digital marketing channels. This is a dynamic role where you’ll juggle campaign planning, content creation, analysis and creativity. Whether it’s smashing ROI goals, delivering compelling content or becoming a google analytics nerd you’ll understand our customers and how to engage with them digitally. Your Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Acquisition: With the Head of Marketing, plan the Digital Marketing budget to drive the most impactful ROI and hit customer acquisition KPIs. Plan the optimum use of channels (SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Social, Listings etc) to drive the best return. Plan and deliver the SEO strategy. Manage the agency mix to deliver the optimum use of budget. Working with the Revenue and data team, understand the funnel conversion metrics and optimise activity. Report to the wider business on campaign metrics and KPIs. Seek out new channels and approaches to test that drive innovation and engage new and existing audiences. 2. Hello Student website: Own the relationship with the website agency to manage the ongoing improvement to website functionality. Monitor and report on website performance suggesting and delivering improvements for optimisation. Plan and deliver the content strategy to engage visitors and drive conversion. Working with brand marketing to ensure the website is on brand and tone of voice remains consistent. 3. Hello Student App: Have complete ownership of the app and collaborate with ops and marketing to keep content fresh and up to date. Optimise marketing campaigns through push notifications, in-app messages, announcements etc to drive user activity. Conduct App Store Optimisation to improve visibility and conversion rates for organic installs. Monitor and analyse user behaviour, churn rates, and app performance 4. CRM With the Head of Marketing, plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns. Create personalised customer journeys to better improve the customer experience. Analyse CRM insights to track customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and key performance metrics and provide insights to improve email marketing efforts. Set up automated email workflows (abandoned cart recovery, re-engagement etc). Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and industry best practices. What we’re looking for: Sales-savvy, data driven, budget-friendly, and eager to smash targets. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and digital acquisition. Excellent communication skills, with a warm, upbeat and welcoming personality. Knowledge of facilities management is a big advantage. Adaptability, energy, and a love for working with people.
