The Role
A boutique and specialist Recruitment firm based in Billericay (Essex), servicing an established Financial Services London client base, are seeking an ambitious and driven Trainee Recruiter to join their team.
The Trainee Recruiter will work closely with the Recruitment Director of the business, supporting current client work and building out further client relationships. The individual could make a real impact on the growth and development of the business, with a strong potential to develop their career within the company.
The role can potentially be 4 days a week.
The Trainee Recruiter will show confidence in speaking to clients and candidates on the telephone with the ability to ask probing and detail orientated questions.
The Recruitment Firm specialises in Investment Management, Asset Management and Private Banking, clients that are based in the City of London, therefore travel to London for client and candidate meetings will be required on occasion.
The Trainee Recruiter will be guided to gain knowledge of the Investment Management & Private Banking industry so that they can fully understand the needs of the clients.
As well as building client relationships, the Trainee Recruiter role will involve speaking and meeting candidates to assess their suitability for the positions. Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview and organising interviews.
The Trainee Recruiter will build up their presence on Linkedin as well as utilising specialist recruitment websites, job boards and social media tools.
The Trainee Recruiter will confidently and professionally speak with clients of all levels including Managers, HR, and Partners.
The Trainee Recruiter will work well under pressure and fulfilling any working deadlines in a timely manner.
Preparing candidates for their interviews and managing them throughout the process.
There would also be a real opportunity to assist in building out the recruitment company brand, coming up with ideas to attract new business and leading on branding and social media projects.
This role would suit a highly organised and driven individual, who enjoys the entrepreneurial nature of a smaller business within a down to earth, hardworking and flexible office.
Customer facing experience or front of house role.
