Salary range £28,081 to £30,505 pro rata £13,113 to £14,245 per annum plus, holiday pay.

About you
The appointed post holder will have a degree or equivalent in Fine Art or suitable significant/relevant experience and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of 3D and painting materials and their uses. You will also have a good knowledge of the needs of students plus a thorough working knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation including a thorough understanding of safe working practices in relation to hazardous materials (COSSH).
You will work within the Fine Art team to strengthen the distinctiveness of the University’s student experience as high-quality, personalised, accessible and aspirational. You’ll need to demonstrate that you are supportive and approachable when dealing with students and staff, remain calm under pressure maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You will need to be a team player, supporting the work of staff and students with a keen interest in Fine Art and associated activities. Given the nature of the role the ability to lift and shift heavy equipment and materials is essential.
