To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team based in our London office
Key Responsibilities
* Consolidation of Staff Expenses; processing monthly expenses, following up on overdue expenses and organising refunds to staff members for out-of-pocket expenses.
* Main point of contact for employees concerning Expenses.
* Credit card expenses reconciliation.
* Billing expenses invoices to clients.
* Assists in controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
* Assist with Accounts payable and Bank reconciliation.
* Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, following company policy and accepted accounting practices.
* Undertakes general clerical duties such as correspondence, photocopying, and filing.
* Assist at the month-end close.
Key Attributes
* Part-qualified or finance-related studies are a plus. (AAT / Equivalent)
* PR / Advertising experience preferred.
* Ability to take ownership of projects without supervision.
* Extremely well-organised, methodical, and efficient, with the ability to use their initiative.
* Excellent attention to detail. Confidence in dealing with all levels within the business.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Accomplishes tasks accurately and thoroughly with strong follow-up skills.
* Professional, and articulate, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to be flexible in approach. ·
