Duties
1. A first point of contact for clients and contractors
2. Understanding queries and communicating professionally and effectively to ensure the client is always serviced in the best possible way whilst offering ongoing support.
3. Handling reactive and small project works
4. Booking works with engineers/contractors
5. Liaising with clients
6. Raising purchase orders
7. Raising quotations
8. Conducting engineer searches
9. Providing admin support
10. Completing invoices
11. Booking any third-party support
12. Liaising with fellow departments
Qualifications
1. GCSE English at Grade 4/C essential
2. GCSE Maths at Grade 4/C essential
Training
You will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner qualification which will be delivered at the National Business College in Huddersfield. You will attend sessions once every 2 weeks with support in between. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity for progression onto a level 3 qualification in either Business Administration or Customer Service Specialist.
