What the Job Involves This role is a temporary placement for at least five months at Sutton Council's Customer Experience Contact Centre. You will be responsible for business administration and data processing related to adult social requests. You will work as part of a multi-skilled team, providing consistent and effective customer service via phone, online, and in person. The job includes handling a variety of administrative tasks and managing complex emails professionally. Following training, there will be flexibility for hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of two days in the Civic offices.
