Technical Sales Manager Birmingham. Are you an experienced Territory Sales Manager looking for an exciting new challenge covering the UK? A world leading process equipment manufacturer is seeking a driven and dynamic technical sales manager to join their UK team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid technical sales background, finding new routes to market and a passion for building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, building rapport and understanding their technical needs to provide tailored solutions. You’ll visit clients across the UK and Ireland, with regular travel and overnight stays. You’ll manage new business development as well as some existing accounts, aiming to hit sales targets while providing top-notch service. Prepare and conduct demonstrations and trials for machinery and equipment. Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth. What We’re Looking For: A strong sales background with proven success in technical sales, ideally within machinery or manufacturing. Ability to investigate and find potential new routes to market for the company products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to quickly connect with clients. Resilience, tenacity, and independence with a knack for problem-solving and analysis. Strong team-working skills with the ability to manage customer relationships efficiently. High-level administrative skills, especially for CRM database management. What’s On Offer: Basic Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (dependent on experience) Bonus: Potential to earn circa £15,000 in bonuses annually. Company Vehicle provided.
