Dutch-speaking Customer Service Adviser
Location: West Yorkshire - can be based in Wakefield or surrounding areas.
Salary: Circa. £27,000
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
2. Provide accurate information about products and services.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with clients from the Netherlands.
2. Knowledge of Dutch culture and business practices.
3. Additional language skills are a plus.
