We are looking for a Building Fabric External Cleaning Technician to join our team in Coventry. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support your line manager in ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Maintain assets to a high standard, following HTM, HBN, O&M manuals, and manufacturer instructions.
Diagnose and repair faults proactively, ensuring all work is accurately recorded.
Improve productivity and efficiency by reviewing work routines with your manager.
Ensure QHSE compliance, promoting safe working practices and maintaining incident-free operations.
Conduct effective Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) for all tasks.
Cover colleagues during holidays or absences to maintain service levels.
Present yourself professionally with appropriate uniform and PPE.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, patients, and visitors.
Follow client operational procedures and obtain necessary authorizations for restricted areas.
Carry tools/equipment up to 20kg and work at height as required.
