Role overview: The role of the Customer Liaison Officer is to assist with the smooth running and progress of projects, building and maintaining positive relationships between the customers, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Everwarm team members. The role will be based from a local site compound. General responsibilities: This is a field-based role, must hold a UK driving licence. The first point of contact for customers receiving planned works totheir local authority/housing association property. Liaise closely with customers, in their homes, to discuss their specific circumstances and create household profiles to assist the delivery of planned works. Keep all lines of communication open between all parties. Maintain up to date written records and reports on project progress. Minimise and manage complaints. Assist the site team to plan and organise sequence of works according to the information received. Carry out written and photographic condition surveys of properties prior to the works. Skills and Knowledge: Must have a UK driving licence. Lone working confidence. Industry knowledge (desirable not essential). Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Exceptional customer service skills with an empathetic and understanding manner. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage own workload. Must be self-motivated, proactive, able to work alone/as part of a field team. Working knowledge of Office 365 packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, Teams etc. Clear focus of quality of service.
