An excellent opportunity has arisen at Pocklington Group Practice, a forward thinking, patient focussed, friendly organisation with c18,700 patients. We are looking to recruit a full-time, Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)/Urgent Care Practitioner (UCP) to deliver high quality, on the day, urgent care to our ever growing patient population. You will be a dynamic, caring individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, hold a Master's level/postgraduate degree and be a qualified independent nurse prescriber.
The salary for this post will range between £52,809 and £60,503, dependent upon experience.
Main duties of the job
To assess, diagnose and plan management/treatment plans for patients with undifferentiated, urgent care presentations, liaising with primary and secondary care to optimise care outcomes.

The nursing team at Pocklington Group Practice numbers 12 in total, comprising of a friendly and professional group of PNs, HCAs and a Phlebotomist along with a Specialist Nurse in long term conditions and overseen by the Nurse Manager.

Experience
* Experience of practice within the four pillars.
