As a Branch Manager based in St Austell, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading, developing and motivating our great team
2. Focusing on sales and growth
3. Providing excellent customer service, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
4. Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures, health & safety and leadership/people management of the team.
And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Manager.
1. Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing and Heating / Distribution
2. Strong focus on sales growth and developing the team
3. We will also consider taking on an Assistant Branch Manager looking for their 1st branch management role.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
