Applications are invited for the posts of Project Administrative Assistant. The post holder will
work closely with the CRC Project Manager/Senior Clinical Research Nurses and the clinical
research teams, providing administrative assistance for specific aspects of the set-up, coordination and management of clinical research studies. You will be a flexible team player with a keen interest in developing knowledge and understanding of the delivery of clinicalresearch.
The Clinical Research Facilities Tayside includes the Clinical Research Centre Ninewells Hospital, Commercial Research Delivery Centre Ninewells Hospital and the Gannochy Trust Research Suite at Perth Royal Infirmary.
Applicants should have previous administrative experience in a NHS or other healthcare
setting, and experience in a busy and demanding environment. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. You will be required to show initiative and manage your workload on a day to day basis, and work with a high degree of accuracy and with attention to detail. You will have excellent IT skills.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
