The Tayside Continence Advisory & Treatment Service (CATS) is a small nurse led service which provides assessment, support and treatment for people experiencing continence problems. A vacancy has arisen for an individual to provide administrative support to the Continence Advisory and Treatment Service to ensure the smooth running of the department and assist in maintaining the client database. The successful applicant should have relevant experience working as Administrative Assistant or equivalent. Word processing & IT skills are essential. You must have good verbal and written communications skills as well as a pleasant customer care manner in order to work as part of our team. The workload is generated by team needs and is therefore of a varied nature requiring an Administrative Assistant who is both flexible and responsive. The service works over the three localities of NHS Tayside. This post will be based at Wallacetown HC, Dundee but the post holder must be willing to travel across Tayside if necessary.
